How do I cancel a subscription?

If you want to cancel a subscription through us you do the following steps.

1. Press the subscription that you want to cancel
2. Press the tab "Cancel the contract"
3. Enter the information that we ask for in the form and press cancel now
4. Confirm your cancellation with checking the box and press "Confirm"

Subscriptions that have been signed up via iTunes, Google Play Store and Appstore:

Unfortunately you can't cancel subscriptions that you have signed up for through iTunes, Google Play Store or Appstore via us. To cancel this type of subscriptions you have to do the cancellation directly with the service where you signed up.

Subscriptions that have been manually added:

Cancellation of a manually added subscription can take a few days to reach the service provider. The reason is the additional time it takes to research the supplier and get the right point of contact when they are not in our system.

If you need to get your cancellation conformed immediately (e.g. free period or regret of signing) we advise you to contact the service provider directly for cancellation.
