To cancel a subscription that did not automatically appear on your overview with us, you first need to manually add the subscription to the overview:
- Press “Missing something? +” at the bottom of the overview.
- Search for the service providers name
- Fill in how much you pay and press “Add”
- Then you see the service provider on your overview.
Then submit your cancellation as follows:
- Press the subscription that you want to cancel
- Press the tab "Cancel the contract"
- Enter the information that we ask for in the form and press cancel now
- Confirm your cancellation with checking the box and press "Confirm"
- We will notify you by email when everything is ready!
Cancellation of a manually added subscription:
Cancellation of a manually added subscription can take a few days to reach the service provider. The reason is the additional time it takes to research the supplier and get the right point of contact when they are not in our system.
If you need to get your cancellation conformed immediately (e.g. free period or regret of signing) we advise you to contact the service provider directly for cancellation.
